When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect the information you provide such as your name, school name, phone number, and email address so we can respond to your enquiry.

When your school uses the Eduforge platform, data entered by your school — including student records, parent information, staff records, and fee records — is stored within your school's account.

School data ownership

School data remains the property of the school. Eduforge does not sell, share, or use school, student, parent, or staff data for any marketing, analytics, or third-party purposes.

Student data handling

Student data — including names, class details, attendance records, fee history, and academic records — is entered and managed by the school. Access to student data is role-based and restricted to authorised school users only.

Parent data handling

Parent contact details, linked child records, and portal access information are managed by the school. Parents can only access data related to their own children, based on the portal access granted by the school.

Staff data handling

Staff records, login credentials, role assignments, and attendance data are managed by the school administrator. Staff members can only access sections of the platform that match their assigned role.

Who can access school data

Access to school data is role-based. Each school's data is separated from other schools. Eduforge staff may access data only for support, troubleshooting, or hosting-related operational needs, and only when necessary. We do not access school data for marketing or analysis purposes.

Data deletion and export requests

Schools can request data export or data deletion by contacting us directly. Data export and deletion requests will be handled according to the school's subscription and service agreement. Response times depend on the nature of the request and data volume.

Backup and data retention

Eduforge maintains routine backups as part of the hosting and platform operation. Data retention policies depend on the subscription plan and the agreed service terms. Schools are encouraged to discuss data retention requirements during onboarding.
