Can we start with only fee and attendance?

Yes. Eduforge can be rolled out step by step. Many schools start with core workflows like fees, attendance, records, and reports, then add more modules later as the team becomes comfortable.

Do you help with data import?

Yes. Student, staff, class, section, and basic fee data can be imported from Excel sheets, depending on data quality and format. If your data is messy or incomplete, some cleanup may be needed before import.

Is staff training included?

Basic onboarding and training support can be included as part of the rollout. Additional training may depend on school size, the number of staff, and the selected plan. Discuss your training needs during the demo.

Are WhatsApp and SMS charges included?

No. WhatsApp, SMS, and communication gateway charges are billed separately depending on your setup and usage volume. Enabling communication features requires a configured gateway, which may have its own costs.

Can we add more modules later?

Yes. Eduforge is designed for step-by-step rollout. Schools can start with core workflows and add available add-on modules — such as transport, exam and report card, or advanced parent communication — after the team is settled.

Is our school data safe?

School data remains the property of the school. Access is role-based and school-wise data is kept separate. Eduforge does not sell or share school, student, parent, or staff data with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Can Eduforge support custom requirements?

Yes, selected customisations can be discussed separately. Custom modules, reports, report card formats, and integrations may involve additional charges and timeline discussions depending on complexity.

What happens if we cancel?

Cancellation, data export, and access terms are handled according to the subscription and service terms agreed during onboarding. Schools can request a data export before or shortly after cancellation.

What is included in onboarding?

Onboarding includes school profile setup, academic year configuration, basic student and staff data import, module configuration, and admin training. The exact scope depends on school size, selected modules, and data quality.

How is the demo conducted?

We show Eduforge using sample school data so you can see real workflows — not an empty system. The demo covers the modules most relevant to your school's needs, followed by a pricing and rollout discussion.
